This 1:1 coaching session includes : guided somatic meditation, organic movement, self-touch, Yoni Womb Heart connection, gentle breathwork and a 60 min Sensual Signature Temple Style Massage.
I also provide guidance on Holistic Sexual Wellness practices such as menstrual awareness, internal massage, yoni eggs/wands and other yoni care rituals.

Expecting a baby takes you on a transformational journey, a journey into Motherhood, one of the most beautiful rites of passage in a woman’s life. Now more than ever, is the time to deeply nourish yourself and the divine being growing in your womb. I invite you and your baby to be held and supported in sacred space. A space that feels like a suspension in time, a womb-like cocoon, to allow you to deeply relax and connect with her/his Spirit while also tuning into your emotional needs. This is an intuitive massage crafted just for you, in a side-lying position supported with cushions and pillows. The discomforts slowly melt away and more space is created for baby, and for you as well, to enjoy this very special connection.
Much more than a relaxing massage, you will attentively listen to your body’s wisdom so you can make empowering choices for you and your baby. Together, we will explore your fears and doubts through your body with compassion and love so you can re-member your wild innate ability to birth your baby.
I highly recommend monthly sessions starting early in your pregnancy to really benefit from our somatic explorations but also the educative guidance I provide on natural birth.
